The guide

Fae, the heart behind Horse Rituals.

Fae · equine therapy training abroad

Fae has spent over fifteen years in the holistic healing space — as a qualified aesthetician, energy worker, and facilitator of breathwork, sound and ceremony — long before horses became part of the practice.

Five years ago, that changed. What began as her own healing work alongside horses became something she couldn't leave behind, and she's spent the years since travelling internationally to train properly in equine-assisted therapy.

"Everyone is their own healer — she's just the guide."

Fae doesn't position herself as the one doing the healing. That belief runs through every ritual she holds, horse work included: her role is to create the space, read what's needed, and let the horse do the part that words and hands alone can't reach.

Her path to equine therapy wasn't a weekend certificate. It grew out of her own experience with horses, then deepened through years of study with practitioners abroad.

Every session is shaped the way her other work always has been: considered, unhurried, and built entirely around the person in front of her, not a fixed script.
