No. None of our sessions involve riding, and most people who come to us have never handled a horse before. Sessions are led at a pace that assumes zero prior experience.
Closed shoes, and clothes you don't mind getting a little dusty. That's genuinely it — no riding gear or equipment needed.
The Grounding is equine therapy in its purest form — cuddling, grooming and coaching. The Restoration adds a 20-minute sound healing session on crystal singing bowls. The Full Ritual is the complete experience, adding a full sound healing session plus a tarot reading. If you're unsure, The Grounding is the natural starting point for a first session.
Use the "Book a session" button on our homepage — it opens our live calendar where you can pick your package and a time that suits you, with instant confirmation.
Sessions move through four unhurried stages: Arrive (settling in, meeting the herd), Ground (guided breathwork), Move (groundwork with a horse at halter or liberty), and Reflect (integrating what came up). Nothing is rushed between stages.

Yes — sessions are trauma-informed and paced entirely around what you need that day, with no fixed script. If you have specific concerns about your situation, we'd genuinely rather you reach out before booking so we can talk it through directly.
That's a completely normal starting point, and it's often exactly why people come to us. Nothing is forced — you set the pace for how close you get, and our herd is settled and well-handled specifically for this kind of work.

The Grounding runs for 1 hour 15 minutes. Exact durations for The Restoration and The Full Ritual are shown when you select the package in our booking calendar, since they build on that base session length.
